How to work Zoom.

What if I can’t get Zoom to work?

You can contact us and Billie will call you, the session can be held via phone if necessary.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Please contact us to change a booking. Booking changes and cancellations must be requested 24 hours prior to the session to receive a refund.

What to expect on your first session?

It’s normal to feel nervous on your first session, however we promise the nerves will pass. The first part of the session will cover confidentiality where Billie will explain how confidentiality works, this gives you time to settle in and get familiar with Billie. Following this we spend time getting to know one another, your goals for counselling , and when you’re ready we can begin discussing the reason you are seeking counselling. The session is always at your pace and if you’re not ready to share, that’s OK.

What to bring to a yoga session?

Please wear clothing you’re able to move in and most importantly, something you feel comfortable in. Please have your yoga mat set up for the session. A yoga block and a blanket can be helpful throughout the session. If you don’t have a block that is completely ok. Any blanket that can provide for a bit of padding is also fine. Bring along a drink bottle. Please let Billie know prior to the class if you have any injuries that she will need to take into consideration.
